Kaye Swanton is the former Chief Executive Officer of one of Victoria’s largest providers of relationship counselling and family mediation services, a position she held for 14 years.
Prior to this, Kaye was the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Enterprise Education Centre, an independent company within the Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI).
Kaye has a 30 year history in governance, strategic management and business development and holds a Graduate Certificate in Management and a Masters in Applied Science—Organisational Dynamics.
Kaye is now the Principal Consultant of KPI Management Services and has a particular interest in the development of the capacities of individuals, groups and organisations and the challenges (and rewards) this can bring to the individual themselves and to modern workplaces. Key to her work is how individuals and groups move from competition to collaboration.
Kaye is a passionate advocate for social justice, equality and family violence prevention. She played a leading part in the design and development of the innovative Online Men’s Behaviour Change Program and the longitudinal research study into the outcomes of MBCP, in partnership with Monash University.
