(B Ed) Is passionate about preventing family violence and was heavily involved in the design of the original VFFs online Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP). Brad has over 20 years’ experience within the online teaching and learning space and was one of the first Australian Flexible Learning Framework’s – Flexible Learning Leaders. His expertise is assisting organisations to develop an online presence which promotes community and social connectiveness. During his time working within vocational education, he has led teams to develop highly successful online programs across a number of areas of study including Alcohol and Other Drugs, Mental Health, Accounting, Community Services, Disability, and Education Support. In addition to winning the Victorian Vocational Teacher of the year award, he has championed online learning across Australia and has provided flexible learning consultancy services across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Tonga, PNG, USA and Canada. Brad currently holds the position of Executive Director – Academic Governance at TAFE Gippsland and is a member of the VFFs Board.
